Welcome and thank you for visiting. In March 2020, Cassaro’s Catering is celebrating 15 years providing food for events and celebrations throughout Humboldt County. We have spent many years getting to know our community through celebrations, workshops and trainings to family gatherings and destination weddings. It has been such a pleasure to provide food for our clients and getting to know everyone along the way. As the pandemic reached our community In early March, most of our events came off the calendar clear through the summer and fall.
We will resume catering when it makes sense to do so according to our state and county guidelines and follow all safety and sanitizing protocols. While it has been difficult to watch events get canceled and celebrations postponed, it has opened up an opportunity to work on the retail end of our salad dressings and spreads. We would like to thank these businesses below for making space for us in their businesses alongside other local makers in Humboldt County.
